Calvin Blunt Sr.
Calvin Blunt Sr. is a speed, agility, and injury-prevention trainer and founder of Blunts Athletic Training Inc. (BATs). His focus is on providing high-quality training and customer satisfaction for athletes in any sport. BAT's prepares you for the next level with various training methods and drills such as:

Individual Training
Blunts Athletic Training Inc. programs are designed to improve athletes' linear and lateral speed; quickness; agility; and sport-specific position ability. This programming will take you through a series of plyometric and strength training techniques to make athletes faster and stronger. Each program is customized to the athlete with training that includes dynamic warm-up, power/plyometric exercises, strength/balance exercises, agility drills, and running/conditioning form correction.
